Year 11 Personal Project

On Friday 8th September, Brookes Year 11 students began their MYP Personal Project with the first introductory workshop of the year. The Personal Project is a key feature of the IB Middle Years Programme. It is an independent, self-directed project where students dive into an area of their own personal passion, talent or interest in order to create a final product that they hope will make the world a better place! In the first workshop of the year, students are informed about the aims of the project, the expectations for the project and the ways in which the school will support them on their learning journey. The next steps are for students to decide what they wish to create for their product and to start the research and planning on how they are going to get there!
