Theatre night

"I'm heading for a wedding!" exclaimed one of our DP students with excitement on Tuesday morning. The 'wedding' in question was the play by Chekhov, with our students returning to the Maly Theatre for an evening performance. As the students are currently studying Chekhov plays in class, it provides another opportunity for them to see for their own eyes the vision of the great playwright.

With our school having produced a performance of "The Seagull" in December, this academic year in Drama and Russian Literature has definitely had something of a Chekhovian feel.
