The Intermark Gryphon Young Musician of the Year Final

Since 2019, the Gryphon Young Musician of the Year has been hosted at Brookes Moscow. This year the competition was sponsored by Intermark and 10 finalists battled it out to compete for the accolade of Young Musician 2023. 

A range of classical and modern music filled the auditorium with an astonishing level of music from such talented artists (aged from just 8 - 17 years old) The audience were also thrilled to welcome back the 2019 winner, to open the event with a stunning performance on the violin. 

With a panel of professional judges looking on, the competition culminated in an electric performance from a young performer of 15 years of age, on the piano. It turned out this very same performer, Alexey, was crowned the official Gryphon Young Musician of the Year and he proudly received the trophy and a music scholarship at Brookes Moscow International School. Congratulations to all of the finalists, for their participation and outstanding contribution to music.
