Final Round of the Gryphon Award — Young Musician of the Year 2025!

Dear community of Brookes Moscow!

We welcome you to join us in our Performance Hall on the night of April 23rd, Wednesday, to celebrate the Final round of the Gryphon Award — Young Musician of the Year 2025 and to enjoy the Gala concert of the 10 best young musicians of this year.

It is for the 5th time that we host this competition in our school. Many young talented musicians from Brookes Moscow and other private and local schools took part in it and some of them (best of the best) were awarded with valuable prizes including foreign trips, scholarships, beautiful trophies and monetary prizes.

Our Jury consists of eminent musicians from Russia and abroad. This year the participants will be judged by Jacob Katsnelson (piano), Yulia Igonina (strings), Dmitry Illarionov (guitar), Sofia de Salis (woodwind and brass) and Ekaterina Scherbachenko (voice).

The event will start at 19:00 with the performance of the Young Musician 2024 Igor Sidorov (piano). Then the finalists’ Gala concert will follow, after which the Jury will leave the audience for 30 minutes to make their decision who will be awarded the main prize.

Admission is free (upon registration), refreshments will be served before the concert and in the interval.
