Brookes Moscow holds a strong and inclusive community, where respectful communication and the extensive Brookes network provide constant support. Academics thrive through highly experienced teachers who use personalized and engaging approaches, while students help one another and pursue shared growth. Every day, I feel how my peers and teachers push me to achieve outstanding results. The Brookes Mentor Connect program I initiated reflects this spirit of seniors guiding younger students.

Brookes also stands out by allowing students to lead and influence the school. As part of the student voice, I represented student perspectives, addressing concerns and offering ideas to improve learning and social environments. Seasonal events we organised were rewarding, and the house system provides leadership opportunities through sports and community activities that foster collaboration and competition.

Brookes Moscow supports personal and career development through the Brookes Plus program, offering clubs, student-led initiatives, and opportunities to explore interests. Active students progress with expert coaches and take part in international and local trips for sports, MUN, debate, and other events. Arts, music, and creative disciplines are equally celebrated, allowing students to express their talents.

After nearly three years at Brookes Moscow, I can confidently say the school helped me unlock my potential. Even through personal difficulties, Brookes always embraced me and supported me in moving forward.

I complete my final year at Brookes Moscow, I would like to express my appreciation for the support I have received throughout my time here. This school has become a true second home for me, shaping not only my academic growth but also the person I am today.

Brookes Moscow provides an academically stimulating environment supported by highly experienced teachers. Their unique teaching styles — sharing real-life expertise rather than following textbooks — have inspired me and helped me engage deeply with each subject.

Over the past three years, I have taken on various mentoring and leadership roles that strengthened my confidence and taught me how to advocate for others. The school’s culture of openness and mutual respect between students and teachers encourages us to unlock our potential and strive for excellence.

As an active participant in sports, performing arts, and international events, I have been given numerous opportunities to grow, travel, and represent the school. These experiences, along with being part of a diverse and welcoming international community, have become some of my most meaningful memories.

Looking back, the challenges I faced only strengthened my connection to Brookes Moscow. I am grateful for every experience and proud to carry these lessons forward into the future.

Experience at Brookes Moscow bording house is a step towards an independent life. At Brookes Moscow, being an international school, many students wish to study outside Russia and outside of their home countries. I am certain that the boarding school experience will provide me with an opportunity to get ready for a brighter future and be more self-reliant. Moreover, we go on weekly excursions with teachers on the weekends. These cultural trips enrich our thoughts and widen perspectives to become better students.

I didn’t take the USE because I was not sure whether my international diploma results would be accepted if I had a diploma of Russian education. Although, as it turns out, my faculty accepts the international diploma even if USE results are also available.

I am very happy and glad that I chose MGIMO. Many aspects of the university even exceeded my expectations. For example, extracurricular activities are widely developed at the university. Every day, the university hosts unique events organized by student organizations (1006 events were organized during this semester). Every week there are meetings, master classes and orientations with public figures from various fields, from political to sports to creative arts.

As far as my studies are concerned, everything is going well for me. The workload so far is bearable, likely due to the fact that I have chosen a direction that is really close and interesting to me. At the same time, the experience and knowledge gained at Brookes has undoubtedly played a significant role in developing important and necessary skills to achieve a comfortable learning experience.
